Safety at Glowly
Glowly is an 18+ peer-support and entertainment space, not therapy or emergency care. The site does not currently verify age. Letters are community-submitted and may be visible to other visitors; please do not post anything you would not want a stranger to read.
What is not allowed
Harassment, hate, sexual solicitation, contact information, threats, instructions for self-harm, illegal activity, and attempts to identify another person are not permitted. Do not use quizzes or challenges to shame, threaten, or pressure someone.
Report a community letter
Use “Report this letter” on a community post if it appears unsafe or violates these rules. Reports go to a restricted moderation queue. An authorized moderator can remove content or dismiss a report; reports are not reviewed automatically, so Glowly cannot promise immediate removal.
Protect your privacy
Use an alias in challenges and leave out names, phone numbers, addresses, social handles, workplace details, and other identifying information. Anyone with a challenge link can see the display names and scores on its leaderboard.
If you are in immediate danger
Contact your local emergency service or a crisis line in your country. Glowly cannot provide emergency intervention or guarantee that a community post will receive a response.
