Glowly is an 18+ peer-support space, not therapy or emergency care. Please do not share names, phone numbers, addresses, social handles or other identifying details.

What is not allowed

Harassment, hate, sexual solicitation, contact information, threats, instructions for self-harm, illegal activity and attempts to identify another person are not permitted.

If you are in immediate danger

Contact your local emergency service or a crisis line in your country. Glowly cannot provide emergency intervention.
